Postage Feee
Flat rate of U$15.00 applies for each items. If five or more items are purchased, lower charges can be made.

Shipping costs are calculated for each product at the secure checkout.

Free Pick Up
You may choose to pick up your order for free from our Sales Center between 11am – 4pm Wednesday-Monday. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery
Due to the high volume of orders, Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your merchandise.

After your Order placed, we review and then process the order within 48 Hours.

If a title is in stock, in it will be shipped as soon as possible. However If you have other titles on your order that are not in stock, we may hold the book(s) in stock to consolidate shipments.

If a title is not in stock, it needs to be ordered from one of our suppliers. It can take from 10 to 15 days to receive items from our suppliers after the order processed, providing that stock is available.

Note that we use regular EMS-Express Mail Service by Bangladesh Post for delivery and rely on their delivery processes once the item has left the store. We cannot make any guarantees on their behalf.

We will send you a tracking link via email when the order has been despatched.

No orders are Shipped on Friday-Saturday and Tuesday.

Additional Shipping Policy

All packages include Delivery and Signature Confirmation by us, if you want insurance of your package please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Please allow us 10-20 days more, for orders of back-dated list.

In case of orders outside of the Bangladesh., please allow up to 4 weeks to receive the order. Example (Japan, Europe, Central and South America, etc.).
